Just a quick update to pass along that the Utah Utes should have their own TeamView app very soon! I submitted them to Apple this afternoon, and it generally takes about a week for approval. They are the 2nd team (after California) to utilize the significantly updated codebase, including XML syncing of staff and schedule, so there’s a very distinct possibility Apple will find some problem and force me to rework something. I’ll keep you all posted.

The summer has been tough on my time, so I haven’t had alot of time to update you guys on whats going on. But fear not, progress is being made.
First off, I’ve run into more complaints from the Collegiate Licensing folks; hopefully I’ve got the wheels turning to satisfy them, but that means making the apps even more generic – less colorful, etc. I hate it as much as anyone, I promise you, but my only alternative is a very costly license which I cannot begin to afford right now.
On the update front, I’ve made some big strides with the codebase and should be pushing out updates to most all apps in the next week or two. I’ll publish another post with the various changes, but rest assured that I’m committed to the TeamView application and will continue to update it.
Last, but not least, I pushed out the California app today by request. I have plans for several more teams before football season, as well as a code refresh and data updates – so it’s going to be a busy time for me with regards to TeamView. I invite anyone interested to follow me on Twitter (username: joshdenmark), and as always, email me at support@teamviewapp.com.
